Traffic Coordinator (entry level career opportunity)
Looking for an enthusiastic individual who can successfully work to assist with all necessary traffic coordinating functions. Must have one year experience with Traffic/Logistics/or Shipping; and be able to multi task and be detail oriented.
Responsibilities:
•Prepare Bill of Ladings and Labels for shipments
•Arranging re-deliveries, re-consignments, or returns
•Obtaining proof of delivery when necessary
•Prepare bills for payment
•Freight Quotes
•Retrieve Shop Orders when necessary
Required Skills:
Knowledge of word and excel is necessary
Knowledge of PeopleSoft helpful
Possess good verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Able to communicate effectively
